We have rods available in various materials, lengths and coatings. According to customer requirements we can cut the rods or produce any length from 5 mm to 3000 mm. We have a wide range of A2 / A4 stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and various kinds of steel.
Not only are the varieties of alloys and lengths endless, also, in addition to the right hand thread, the left hand ones are also available. And, of course, with a thread angle of 60°. Rods with trapezoidal thread or studbolts according to ASTM are also available.

DIN 705
DIN 705 adjusting rings are the most common in use. They are available in black and galvanized steel or stainless steel A2 and A4.
DIN 703
DIN 703 adjusting rings are the least common. These rings have a larger outside diameter and are mainly used for heavier applications.
Specials
In addition to the standard elements, there are also split adjusting rings with one and two separations. The advantage is that these do not damage the surface. Another advantage of the double split ring is that it is easy to disassemble.
This item is available in black steel and also in stainless steel. We can supply both.

TRAPEZOIDAL THREAD

FINE PITCH
Fine pitch metric thread is mainly used in the automotive industry. The pitch of the bolt is smaller, which means that bolts are less likely to loosen from vibration. Fine pitch castle nuts and lock nuts are also used in applications where fine adjustment is required. We supply fine pitch bolts in a variety of materials, from size M2 to M110.
LEFT HAND THREAD
Most threads are right-hand threads, which means that the screw is tightened clockwise. However, left-hand threads are also available for special applications, such as left pedal mounting for bicycles or gas cylinders. We supply standard screws with both left-hand and right-hand threads. Any special items requiring left-hand threads can be custom made.

NEWS - JULY 2016 | RELIABLE FASTENING WITH SELF-LOCKING NUTS
A self-locking nut (DIN 985), also known as a lock nut, is a nut that is resistant to loosening due to vibration or movement.
The nut has a plastic inner collar that is tightened when fastened onto the bolt or stud. Lock nuts are available in different materials and grades, and we also supply fine pitch nuts.

NEWS - APRIL 2016 | BLIND RIVETS FOR A CONSTANT CONNECTION
Blind rivets are an excellent alternative to welded and bolted connections. These rivets, also called pop rivets, have numerous advantages and possibilities.
The biggest advantage is that the blind rivet is suitable for parts and constructions that are reachable from one side only. The blind rivet connection is very solid and reliable.
NEWS - MARCH 2016 | LIFTING WITH EYE BOLTS AND NUTS
Eye bolts and eye nuts are the answer when you want to lift objects, which is why these 2 products are also called eyebolts. Al metal offers different sizes in C15 and A2/A4 and for critical applications, also according to DIN 580 and DIN 582.
Each size has its own working load limit. This is the maximum safe working load that the bolt or nut can have. There is a difference between vertical lift with an angle of 0 degrees and load angle, which should be maximum 45 degrees.

The Two-Bin system (also known as Kanban) is a simple, flexible and transparent logistics system: parts are always ready and never missing.
The stock of small parts, such as screws, is divided into two boxes. The customer uses the parts from the first box. Once it is emptied, the second box will be used and the empty one refilled by Al Metal, being replaced on a regular basis. This way you will never run out of bolts, nuts or washers and your internal costs will be significantly reduced.
We manage your stock so you can safely concentrate on other tasks.

Our light metal fasteners are much cheaper due to the large volume purchased. We have a large stock of Titanium Grade 2 and Aluminum P40 / 60 screws. Al Metal Special Metal Parts also specializes in the supply of Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel and Duplex fasteners.

Setting rings according to DIN 705 are the most common. These setscrew rings are most effective when used in combination with a shaft material that is softer than the setscrew material, e.g. according to DIN 916 or 553. We supply these rings at very competitive conditions.
