Return policy

How to make a return ?:
1. By writing an email to [email protected] indicating the following information:
a. Identification data, order number and date of acquisition.
b. Reason for the return.
2. Or through the telephone Customer Service (+31 413 351818).
3. Wait for the approval of the return by Al Metal B.V.

The refund of the amounts charged will be made in the same form of payment in which the user made the corresponding payment. The refund will be made within 48 hours from the moment the returned / withdrawn product / s is received in the warehouses. In any case, the period will never exceed fourteen calendar days from the day following the communication, of the return / withdrawal, by the user to Al Metal B.V.

Al Metal B.V. will proceed to the full refund of the amounts charged, as long as the user has received a wrong or faulty product. In addition, the user must communicate their right of return / withdrawal during the first fourteen calendar days from the corresponding date of receipt of said products purchased in our online store.

The cost of shipping the returned / withdrawn product / s to our warehouses will be borne by Al Metal B.V. only if you have received the wrong or damaged product. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be borne by the user.
